Semi-permeable HTS (high throughput screening) culture plates have become a standard tool for pharmaceutical and institutional research in epithelial transport. HTS culture plates have well cups which are bonded together into a single assembly and are not removable. This makes the plates ideal for automated applications, but imposes a significant inconvenience when TEER must be measured in the absence of an automated system. WPI’s STX HTS series of EVOM™ electrodes, replacing the STX100 electrodes, provide a cost-effective alternative to automation, allowing HTS well plates to be measured manually using a hand–held electrode.

Hach Company sensION+ 5055 portable ORP electrode for general purpose applications
sensION+ 5055 is a combination platinum ORP electrode with a polycarbonate body and non-refillable gel-electrolyte reference. The 5055 has a fixed 1 meter cable and MP5 connector dedicated for use with Hach sensION+ Portable pH (mV) meters. The 5055 is ideal for oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) measurements in general aqueous applications.

The Radiometer PHC2051-8 Combination pH Electrode has a glass body, Red-Rod reference system, refillable electrolyte (sat. KCl) and porous pin junction. The PHC2051-8 has a special thick glass membrane for measurement in soils or other applications requiring a robust sensor. The PHC2051-8 is compatible with Hach Sension+ laboratory pH meters (or any meter with a BNC connection).
Hach Company Radiometer Analytical M231Pt Metal Electrode (platinum wire sensor, screw cap)
The Radiometer M231Pt Metal Electrode has a platinum wire sensor and is recommended for general purpose measurements. An external reference electrode is required. The M231Pt is a screw cap electrode and requires the CL114 cable (part no. A94L114) for use with Hach Sension+ laboratory and other BNC-compatible meters/titrators.

Sension+ 5059 is a combination multi-parameter electrode for determination of pH, conductivity and temperature. The 5059 has a plastic body, non-refillable gel reference electrolyte and built-in temperature sensor. The electrode has a fixed 1 meter cable and MP8 connector dedicated for use with Hach Sension+ MM150 portable meters. The 5059 has a ceramic pin reference junction and glass (pH); platinum (conductivity); and Pt1000 (temperature) sensors. It is ideal for pH, conductivity and temperature measurements in general aqueous applications.

The MTC301 electrode is ideal for measuring ORP/RedOx absolute mV values in wastewater, drinking water and aqueous media applications. The MTC101 is not suitable for use with organic solvents. A 59 mL bottle of reference electrolyte filling solution (3M KCl solution saturated with AgCl) is included with the probe.

Cole-Parmer All-in-One pH/ATC Probe, Sealed/DJ/Epoxy; for Meters
"All-in-One" electrodes offer versatility and customization. These electrodes combine the pH reference, pH half-cell, and temperature sensor in one 12mm-diameter electrode body. The seven designs allow you to select between low-maintenance, sealed electrodes or clog-resistant refillable electrodes. Tuff-Tip electrodes feature a semi-domed tip which protects the pH bulb and ensures a quick response in harsh and dirty samples. PBR-style electrodes provide predictable, reliable, and quick responses—no matter what the sample temperature. This design virtually eliminates drift, accuracy problems, and premature performance losses due to temperature. All electrodes include 3-ft cable and BNC connector for pH, except where noted. Corning-compatible electrodes use the same temperature compensation element as Beckman, but offer an RCA plug for the temperature connection.
